To retrieve the details of an existing extension, or create a new extension, login to the My Account Portal and select <b>PBX Extensions<\/b> or <b>SIP Trunks<\/b> from the menu, depending on your service type. If you&#8217;re creating a new extension, click the <b>Add Extension<\/b> button, fill in the details and click <b>Save<\/b>. To do so, hold\u00a0<strong>OK\u00a0<\/strong>for about 8 seconds, until you see the &#8216;Reset to Factory?&#8217; prompt, then press\u00a0<strong>OK.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To configure the Yealink T4 Series to your MaxoTel account, first retrieve the IP Address so that you can log into the &#8216;Web Configuration&#8217; via your computer. To do this, the press the &#8216;OK&#8217; button in the middle of the D-Pad. The IP Address should show up in the Status Page. Enter The IP Address into your web browser.<\/p>\n<p>Once you are on the Web Configuration page enter the username and password. By default the username will be &#8216;admin&#8217; and the Password will be &#8216;admin&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>Once you have successfully logged in, click on the &#8216;Account&#8217; tab across the top. Once the page has reloaded, click on advanced and type &#8216;50002&#8217; into the &#8216;Voicemail&#8217; field, and change the &#8220;Caller ID Source&#8221; from &#8220;FROM&#8221; to &#8220;RPID-FROM&#8221;. If you would like to setup BLF (Busy Lamp Field) to see the status of the other extensions please refer to the <em>BLF Guide: <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.maxo.com.au\/support\/configuration-guides\/desk-phones\/yealink\/yealink-blf-configuration\">Yealink BLF Configuration<\/a><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Now that the lines have been configured, set the time zone and time format, which can be done under the top &#8216;Settings&#8217; tab, and then the &#8216;Time and Date&#8217; button on the left.<\/p>\n<p>At this point, the phone should be ready to go. If you have any troubles making and receiving calls from here on in, please give MaxoTel a call on <strong>1800 12 12 10<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-10\"><div>\n<h2 id=\"ManuallyConfigureYealinkT4Series-AdditionalSettings\" style=\"font-size: 46px;\" data-fusion-font=\"true\">Additional Settings<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-11\"><div id=\"kbArticleWrapper\" class=\"wiki-content\">\n<h2 id=\"ManuallyConfigureYealinkT4Series-NBNUsers\" style=\"font-size: 25px;\" data-fusion-font=\"true\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">NBN Users<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>If you experience audio issues when there is more than one concurrent call in progress on your NBN connection, you may need to change the NBN traffic class used by your voice traffic. There are two options for traffic classes below &#8211; if you&#8217;re experiencing issues with one, please try the other.<\/p>\n<p>To access this setting, choose <strong>Network &gt; Advanced<\/strong> and locate the <strong>QoS<\/strong> section.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"ManuallyConfigureYealinkT4Series-TC1-HighPriority,butlimitedbandwidth.\" style=\"font-size: 25px;\" data-fusion-font=\"true\">TC1 &#8211; High Priority, but limited bandwidth.<\/h3>\n<p>This traffic class can only support a limited number of calls (normally 1), depending on how much bandwidth has been purchased by your ISP. This is different to your normal (25\/5, 50\/20, etc.) bandwidth.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Audio QoS: <\/strong>46<\/p>\n<p><strong>SIP QoS:<\/strong> 26<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"ManuallyConfigureYealinkT4Series-TC4-LowerPriority,withallavailablebandwidth.\"><span style=\"font-size: 25px;\" data-fusion-font=\"true\">TC4 &#8211; Lower Priority, with all available bandwidth<\/span>.<\/h3>\n<p>Phones in this traffic class will be able to utilise the full bandwidth of your NBN connection (eg. 50\/20)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Audio QoS: <\/strong>26<\/p>\n<p><strong>SIP QoS<\/strong>: 26<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"ManuallyConfigureYealinkT4Series-SIPPortNumber\" style=\"font-size: 25px;\" data-fusion-font=\"true\"><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">SIP Port Number<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>On some routers, it may be necessary to manually set each phone to a different local port number to mitigate some NAT related problems.
